We are currently recruiting on behalf of one of the leading holding company.
Finance & Accounting Manager Surabaya
We are looking for one (1) Finance and Accounting Managers who respectively will be responsible for managing day to day financial/accounting administration for a mall/convention center in Surabaya.
Responsibilities:
- Weekly, monthly, quarterly preparation of management reports and financial statements
- Cash management, budgeting, cap-ex and controlling
- Enforcing and managing internal accounting/finance controls
- Providing strategic and operational leadership to the Finance and Accounting subdivisions
- Working on special projects and presenting/communicating results to upper management
- Overseeing the development and implementation of financial systems, policies, and procedures
REQUIREMENTS
- Min. Bachelor degree in either Accounting/Finance/Economics/Business Administration
- CPA or CFA certification is a distinct advantage.
- Has 3-6 years of professional experience in similar position/field
- Experience working for convention center/mall/hotel a plus
- Experience with budgeting and creating financial projections
- Must have excellent communication and presentation skills
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills a must
- Familiarity with accounting software (IFCA) and understanding of local tax and accounting rules preferred
- English speaking and writing a plus
- Self motivated and able to effectively work with others
