1. Call Center Officer (CCO)

Handle phone inquiries for credit card and banking customer. This position reports to Call Centre Team Leader.

1. University (S1) graduate from any major
2. Enthusiastic in learning new things, hardworking and willing to work with sift system.
3. Highly motivated and good communication skills
4. Excellent interpersonal skills
5. Fluent in English both oral and written
6. Computer literacy (Word, Excel)
7. Able to work with minimum supervision
8. Team focused with a flexible attitude
9. Based in Jakarta

2. MIS Officer (MIS)

Handles call centre system and data analysis for management decision making. This position reports to Service Improvement Supervisor

1. University (S1) graduate majoring in Information System, Information Technology or Statistics
2. Very well versed in MS Office (especially Excel & Access), HTML, PHP and other statistical programming
3. Enthusiastic in learning new things and hard working
4. Fluent in English both oral and written
