PT BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk (BFI) was established in 1982 as a joint venture company u.n.o. PT Manufacturers Hanover Leasing Indonesia, owned by Manufacturers Hanover Leasing Corporation (MHLC) of USA by 70% and the rest held by Indonesian shareholders. In 1986 MHLC divested all its shareholding and sold it to the Ongko Group.

Initially operated as Leasing company, BFI granted a “Multi Finance” license in 1990, which widens its scope of activities to do leasing, consumer financing and factoring activities. To reflect this new status the Company’s name was changed to PT Bunas Finance Indonesia. Later in May 1990, BFI’s shares was listed in the Jakarta Stock Exchanged (BEJ) and Surabaya Stock Exchange (BES) respectively.

7. Willingness to travel

Job Description
* Suggesting legal opinion for legal issues.
* Giving solution for application affair between customer and company.
* Doing legal action to get settlement.
* Reviewing agreements between company and third party.
* Replaying letters.

Management Trainee – Credit Analyst (Code : CAMTP)

Qualification
1. University Degree (S1) from reputable university with min. GPA 2.75
2. Male / Female, maximum age of 26 years old
3. Good analytical thinking
4. Able to make a good communication and interaction with BFI’s stakeholder
5. Good leadership ability
6. Active, dynamic and highly motivated
7. Able to work independently as well as in a team
8. Ready placed in branch throughout Indonesia

Job Description
* Responsible on analyzing the consumer financing aplication (including customer feasibilty study, business feasibility study, portfolio quality analysis) and analyzing company’s regulation according to market and business multifinance.

Management Trainee – Internal Audit (Code : IADMTP)

Qualification
1. Bachelor’s Degree (S1) Economic Management
2. Male / Female, maximum age of 26 years old
3. Having experience as External Auditor min 1-2 years
4. Understand the basic of audit and accounting
5. Hard worker, firm and objective
6. Good leadership ability
7. Able to work independently as well as in a team
8. Ready placed in branch throughout Indonesia

* Responsible on auditing the business operation in general and monitoring auditing activity for branch offices

Human Resource Regional (Code : HR)

Qualification
1. Bachelor Degree (S1) in Psycology / Management
2. Male / Female, maximum age 28 years old
3. Hard worker
4. Active and independent
5. Cooperative and able to work independently as well as in a team
6. Having good interpersonal skill
7. Ready placed in branch throughout Indonesia

* Monitoring human resources quality in branch
* Coordinating with HRD in Head Office as part of his responsibility as HR Regional.

Accounting Staff (Code : ACC)

Qualification
1. University Degree (S1) majoring Accounting
2. Male / female, single, maximum age 25 years old
3. Assiduous and dynamic
4. Accurate person and highly motivated individual
5. Understand the basic of accounting and taxation (preferable)
6. Having ability to operate computer (Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access)
7. Having Taxation Brevet A & B Certificate (preferable)
