ENGINEERING MANAGER (CHIEF ENGINEER)

ACCOUNTABILITES:

• To plan and manage all engineering & maintenance functions, including operational risk assessment and control and loss mitigation.
• To manage all relevant risk and compliance issues in the delivery of Property Management Services, in accordance with the Scope of Work attached to the Management Agreement.
• To ensure effective and efficient delivery of services exceeding client expectations.
• To achieve budget controls and other targets established and reviewed by the Superior/Clients
• To add value and promote efficient and cost-effective procedures as part of the ongoing maintenance review process.
• REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• Degree in engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with some expertise in property management
• Qualifications in risk management or equivalent
• Member of Building Management Association or similar professional body.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in related fields.
• Knowledge and practical experience in the application of MS Office Software.
• Excellent command of English, with proficiency in report writing in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• A demonstrable experience in team building & leadership roles are a must
