A Multinational PMA Steel Producing Company with operations in Sidoarjo is looking for candidates to fulfill vacancies and new coming projects :

MANAGER

Requirements :

• S1 from Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial or other engineering diciplines of education or higher from reputable university
• Having min 12 years. Out of which 7 years Plant Maintenance, Production or Engineering in Manufacturing Industry with emphasis on 5S (5S champion that able to deliver 5S Training)
• Having min 3 years of exposure in people skill development, training & coaching, goal setting & industrial performance enhancement i terms of PQCDSM, performance indicators (KPI, KMI, KAI, Balanced Scorecards, etc), continual process improvements as coordinator or facilitator, program of lean manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Total Quality Management and QCC with emphasis on PDCA approach and other manufacturing excellence program such as TPM, Toyota Production System, etc
• Good understanding of ISO Management Systems, Internal Auditing for ISO, computerized management systems and particularly TPM
• Good at English and experience with Japanese enterprises and Japanese management style would be advantage.
• Male or female, Computer literate, good interpersonal and assertiveness skill to approach senior executives and team members.
