PT. CONCEPT MEDIA (www.conceptmagz.com), the publisher of CONCEPT, a high profile graphic design magazine, invites a dedicated and suitably qualified candidate to join the company as :
SECRETARY
Job descriptions :
- Create and maintain database system.
- Do administrative stuff and filing.
- Prepare and distribute minutes and agenda for meetings.
- Manage correspondence (email and letter).
- Gather information when needed for the editorial team.
- Translate documents for the editorial.
- Responsible for ordering, tracking, and stocking general office supplies.
- Perform general secretarial Duties such as word processing, managing simple spreadsheets, and other basic PC activities.
- Answer incoming phone calls.
- Able to work overtime when needed.
- Perform other tasks as related to editorial team.
General requirements :
- Experience in secretarial min 1-2 years.
- Female only, age between 22-28 years old.
- Fluency in English is a must (both oral and written).
- Quick, nice personality, well-mannered.
