• Candidates must possess at least Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5-7 years of experiences operational role within the aftermarket in Mining Industry.
• Have strong knowledge of Pronto (ERP system)
• Excellent knowledge of customer service concepts.
• Able to demonstrate to lead a team of people in improvement rich environment.
• Must be willing to be work in Balikpapan.
• Excellent level of English in verbal and written skills.

2. Mine Engineer (Reference no. 271)

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree in Mine Engineering or related.
• At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Candidate need to have good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
• Understanding of Mining Softwares: Minescape or related.
• Required language: English.
• Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.

3. Warranty Clerk (Reference no. 256)

• Candidate must possess at least a SMU or STM in any field.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in handling warranty in mining industry.
• Required software skill(s): PRONTO.
• Required language(s): English (Excellent oral and written).
• Candidate must be a quick learner with good clerical skills.
• Candidate must have strong computer literacy to be able to compile reports.
• Must be willing to be work in Balikpapan.

4. Chief Coal Geologist (Reference no. 258)

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor s Degree in Geology/Geophysics or equivalent.
• At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Candidate must have a significant background experience in open pit coal mine
• FIFO contract

5. Chief Technical Officer (Reference no. 277)

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor s Degree in Engineering (Mining/Mineral), Geological Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 15 year(s) of working experience as GM/VP in the technical division for large coal mine projects with production more than 20 million ton per year.
• Combination of Geological and Mining experience and skills prefered.
• Extensive knowledge in Mine planning.

6. Compensation & Benefits Manager (Reference no. 201)

• Min. S1 / Bachelor from Accounting / Management / HR Management / Law
• Having min. 5 years experience in HRD, Payroll is preferred
• Good knowledge in taxation PPH ps 21
• Familiar with payroll system, Jamsostek, administrations, and insurance claim.
• Having computer knowledge
• High integrity, honest & mature
• Ability to work independent & proactive
• Male / Female, age between 26-35 years old
• Chinese is preferable

7. Chief Engineer (Reference no. 278)

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Marine) or equivalent from a reputable university.
• Chartered Engineer qualification is highly regarded.
• Background in Marine engineering or navy will be most welcome.
• At least 15 year(s) of industry experience, with substantial experience in s superintendent or project manager role.
• Managers specializing in Engineering – Mechanical/Marine or equivalent. Job role in Project Management or equivalent.
• Result oriented.
• Able to manage self and team performance.
• Flexible and good attitude is a must.
• Possesses some entrepreneurship qualities.

8. Plant Maintenance Manager (Reference no. 280)

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 10 year(s) of working experience in Plant maintenance for mining industry.
• Min. 2 years in managerial level.
• Able to review the Maintenance organization
• Able to identify and develop all maintenance procedures and all training required
• Good command of written and spoken English Language.
• Software Skills: CMMS, Microsoft Office, Autocad.
• Willing to work in Wetar Island, Kupang

9. National Purchasing Manager (Reference no. 165)

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor s Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): procurement, purchasing, commercial.
• At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Senior Management/General Manager/CEO/VP/Directors specializing in Corporate Strategy/Top Management or equivalent. Job role in Regional/Country Manager or Others.
• Willing to work in Balikpapan.
