Plant Manager
(Jakarta Raya – Jakarta Timur)
Responsibilities:
Assisting the Operations Director to coordinate, monitor and control the day-to-day activities in production and PPIC to ensure that the manufactured products meet the required quality & quantity at the optimal cost benefits according to cGMP, EHS policy, Regulatory policy and corporate guidelines.
Requirements:
- Qualified registered pharmacist from reputable university
- Minimum 5 years experience as Plant Manager in multinational pharmaceutical company; Has knowledge of GMP policy with EU-GMP is an advantage
- Able to establish mid-term / long term production plan based on organization strategy
- Has excellent communication skill, negotiation skill, managerial skill, problem solving, interpersonal skill and able in dealing with internal parties as well as with Union
- Has basic knowledge of sales and marketing
- English proficiency both spoken and written is must
- Computer literate
