We are an executive search firm in Singapore and have been commissioned by one of Asia’s largest consumer paint groups to look for an experienced marketing person in in the FMCG industry to take up the appointment of Marketing Manager for the consumer paint products in their Indonesian business unit. The position is based in Jakarta.

For the right person, the starting salary package(gross before tax) is:

• IDR(30m x13.25mths)

MARKETING MANAGER(Indonesia, Jakarta)

Key Responsibilities

You will lead the adoption and execution of the Group’s consumer brands in Indonesia. This includes the strengthening of our brand identity, identifying and adopting regional programs to continuously build the brand. You will work closely with our A&P people within our group of companies worldwide. You will advise on marketing plans, and align them with our corporate goals with respect to brand image. You will formulate effective marketing strategies and be a resource to the Country GM/CEO in improving and strengthening the brand image in Indonesia. You will play a key role in creating a larger visibility for the company and the brand in the market through external partnerships and media exposures.

Key Requirements

• Strong and broad experience in Marketing and Brand Development, preferably with previous experience in managing a consumer-related business
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to command the respect of upper management and influence different countries to adopt and execute company vision and plans
• Previous experience in opening new markets is a plus
• Comfortable working in a non-structured, highly entrepreneurial organization – combining strengths in analytical and strategic thinking with flexibility and dynamism of market realities
• Independent, resourceful and a self-starter
• Proficient in English
• Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and Mandarin is a plus
