PT Pulau Seroja Jaya is owner & operators of tug & barges with rapid growing. Our Fleet is mainly servicing Coal Mining company.

To support the company growth, we are looking for competent individuals to joint with our professional team as

MARKETING MANAGER

Requirements :

Male/Female
Education : S1 or Higher
Computer Literacy
Proficient in English both oral and written
Working experience in Tug & barges business ( specially in mining transportations) min 5 years
Great competency of leadership : Planning & Organizing, Relationship management, Information Monitoring, Goal and profit oriented, Confidence , Open & Flexible personality and Discipline
Having potential databse of client.

Responsibilties :

Develop, determine and commit to sales target for assigned market segment
Plan appropriate client relationship strategies to identify new sales opportunities within the given market in order to achieve targeted business volume and to build strong relationship with new & existing client.
