- Degree with 5-10 years working experience in rubber/polymer manufacturing industry
- Quality Control and improvise monitoring Tools
- Quality reports and improvement plans
- Work with maintenance & production Depts in developing process improvement plans
- Ensure ISO compliances and supervise of QA personnel
- Good organization and problem solving skills
- Excellent team player with good communication skills
- Able to speak & write Mandarin to liaise with China counterparts
