Research Quality Assurance Senior/Executive (Health Sciences/Pharmacy)

Responsibilities:

1. You will be have the opportunity to be part of the Research Quality Assurance department of the Research and Development Office, which promotes responsible conduct of research in a research culture that operates based on high ethical standards by providing assistance in developing in the NHG Research QA programme.
2. Involved in conducting audits on investigator-initiated research studies, conducting and coordinating training programmes related to proper conduct of research for the research community.
3. Training monitors in the cluster to monitor investigator-initiated clinical trials and developing
4. Maintaining policies and procedures pertaining to clinical research.

Requirements:

1. Degree, preferably in Science/ Life Sciences / Health Sciences / Pharmacy / Medicine, from an accredited university.
2. Computer literacy in word processing, spreadsheets and databases is essential
3. At least 2 years of experience within clinical research settings.
4. Relevant experience as a study coordinator, clinical research associate or research administrator would be advantageous.
5. Able to work independently and meticulously.
6. Possess excellent interpersonal, communication and coordination skills
