Senior Account Executive (CODE: SAE-05)

Bedrock Asia -Jakarta office is a fast-growing international brand consultancy and design studio headquartered in Oakland, California is seeking an Finance and Accounting with a Bachelors’ degree (MBA a plus), min 3 years in branding/advertising /marketing/design company environment and in an account or client-facing project management role.
The Account Executive works proactively to build, strengthen, win, maintain and grow client relationships, ensuring the client receives the highest level of customer service through active listening. Responsive communication, pertinent advice, and high quality deliverables is a must!

This individual is responsible for managing overall day-to-day assigned client relationships and their related projects; supervising the coordination of cross functional teams and meeting digital marketing objectives by delivering projects and programs to clients on time, every time.

Requirements :

• Male/ Female, age max. 30 years old.
• Bachelor degree / S1 from any reputable university major in Marketing Management with GPA min. 3,00.
• Fresh Graduate or experience are welcome.
• Hard Worker, able to work under pressure, self motivated, honest, strong analytical thinking, have a good communication skill, and good command of English.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following :

• Build and Win New Prospects from National/Multinational Clients.
• Negotiate with clients on production details including estimates, schedules, and deliverables.
• Manage the client approval process on all deliverables. Provide appropriate methods for clients to socialize presentations and project decisions to client stake holders.
• Clearly communicate the impact of all changes in deliverables, scope, and timelines, and provide appropriate solutions.
• Manage project profitability and billing timeliness and accuracy.
• Collaborate with Management/Consultants and team leads to ensure profitable estimates are created on all projects; coordinate the approval process with the client and project manager; make recommendations on resource planning, and modify/negotiate estimates when appropriate.
• Knowledge of production processes surrounding Branding & Design.

Knowledge and Skills :

• Mastering Ms Office: PowerPoint, Word, Excel , Scheduling/Prospecting Software’s.
• Macintosh Platform.

Education & Training :

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent.
• Proficient writing & verbal in English and Indonesian.
• S1/S2 degree in a leading university major in design.
• Must be Independent and have own vehicle.
